We seek to promote DIVERSITY at National by celebrating our LGBTQ+ community and showcasing the ways in which they enrich our student body with an invaluable perspective.
We strive to identify ways in which National's value on student welfare can improve the experience and success of LGBTQ+ students through RESOURCES and ACCESSIBILITY.
We are dedicated to utilizing NU’s priority on PARTNERSHIP and COMMUNITY by encouraging familiarity with the LGBTQ+ community in academic and service opportunities which allow members to serve the larger community, develop leadership skills, build resumes, and network professionally.
We vow to act as educators and mentors in the LGBTQ+ community by fostering diversity and non-LGBTQ+ ALLIANCES by offering the SafeZones Certification Program. These training courses and workshops encourage anti-discrimination practices and comfortability with the LGBTQ+ community in academia and business.
